I always have trouble sleeping, tossing and turning for about half an hour before I eventually do so. So I bought this tea to help me get a better night's rest, and it has done its job for the week I've tried it.

How does this tea taste?

After pouring the water over the tea bag, it had a strong smell of spiced apple — like the scent of apple from a McDonald's Apple Pie — which I really liked, so I was looking forward to gulping this down. There was a faint scent of camomile, but I couldn't smell the vanilla at all, and I don't know what passion flower smells like, so I couldn't tell you if it was present.

However, I could barely taste the apple flavour but the spice and camomile were strong, which I didn't like that much. If the apple flavour was more prominent, I think I would enjoy this more.

Did this tea help me sleep?

I've only been drinking this tea for a week, but after having it in the evening, I feel like I sleep better. I've slept the same number of hours, but I feel a little more refreshed in the morning, like I've slept longer than I normally do.

I still have three boxes left, so I will finish them — which will take a few months — and update this review.
